Javan is the visionary behind Dynamic Visual Productions, bringing nearly half a decade of leadership in fashion and film. As the CEO and lead producer, he oversees all logistics, production planning, and business operations, ensuring every project runs with purpose and precision. His hands-on experience as a model, filmmaker, and creative leader drives the company’s mission to innovate, empower, and deliver unforgettable visual stories.

Gerrard is the creative force behind the partnership between DVP and Quiet Echo Studios. With a sharp eye for direction and aesthetics, he leads the artistic vision of each project. While Javan handles the logistics, Gerrard focuses on crafting the creative tone and style, bringing cinematic quality and a unique edge to everything the studio touches.

Sergio is the multi-hyphenate artist behind the camera. As Creative Director and DP, he crafts stunning visuals and powerful narratives that elevate each production. With a strong writing background and a collaborative mindset, he works closely with both Gerrard and Javan to execute the creative vision from concept to final frame.

Ruben leads all things sound, ensuring that audio quality is never an afterthought. From on-set capture to post-production mixing, his attention to detail and technical expertise guarantee that each production is immersive, polished, and professional.

William is the go-to expert for everything behind the scenes. Whether it is lighting, rigging, or troubleshooting on set, he ensures every technical element works seamlessly to support the vision. His work is the backbone of smooth and efficient production days.

Austin brings sharp storytelling and strategic planning to the team. As a writer, he helps develop powerful scripts and concepts. As our festival coordinator, he manages submissions and tracks opportunities to get our work seen on global platforms, helping build the brand’s exposure and acclaim.

Andrew will lead the coordination of departments, production schedules, and team management across all sets. Andrew will serve as the key liaison between logistics and creatives to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.

Debbie is responsible for discovering and booking talent for all productions. Debbie will work closely with directors and producers to ensure the best actors and models are selected for each role.

Alissa will oversee the visual design and set aesthetics of each production. From mood boards to final set builds, Alissa brings the world of the film or show to life.
